This includes:

• check for Line of Sight (Physical visit to your site for confirmation extra $172.50 More info)
• a technical engineer installing the receiver equipment,
• the same technician will make sure that you are up and running smoothly including changing any email settings if need be

You do need LOS "Line Of Sight" to one of our radio masts - Conditions apply.

What happens if you go over your monthly data plan?
There will be a charge for data over usage - $17.25/ 5GB - ie is equivalent to $3/GB excl GST or you can pre-purchase a bundle of data by ordering online - (NB data is rounded up to the next 5GB bundle as soon as you go over your chosen data plan)

NB: * Full speed plans are 24 month contract and include complimentary wireless router or choose no contract option with one month notice.
(Installations additional $1.38/km towards travel km plus travel one way)
Disconnection fees apply - equivalent of time to visit to remove the radio equipment ie $276.
** Speeds will vary depending on network traffic and network backhaul requirements at particular times of the day. All connections have CIR 256kbps or higher and MIR of 1Mbps up to 50Mbps depending on plan.

WIZwireless now offers a self install option for customers with their own gear or our pre-configured gear. More

If there is no wireless coverage you may be able to sign up to WIZwireless Rural Zone Plan on RBI cellular network instead. Minimum 5Mbps in mobile phone coverage area. So ring today to enquire or get more info.
